Can I return or exchange a product?

What materials are your pieces made from?
All Womanza pieces use premium anti-tarnish alloys with gold or rhodium plating, AAA-grade stones, and high-quality imitation pearls. Each piece is quality-checked before dispatch.
How long will the finish last?
With proper care — stored dry, away from perfume and water — our pieces typically last 1–2+ years before any fading. Many customers wear the same pieces for 3+ years.
Will the jewellery cause skin reactions?
Our pieces are nickel-tested and suitable for most skin types. If you have a known metal sensitivity, please reach out before ordering — we’ll point you to our hypoallergenic options.
Do you sell pieces not shown on the website?

Can I get a custom or personalised piece?
