How we work

Womanza is a small, women-led studio, and there is a person on the other end of every message — not a bot and not a call centre. When you write to us on WhatsApp you are talking to the same people who choose the pieces, photograph them and pack them.

There is no checkout on this site, and that is deliberate. Jewellery is easier to buy when you can ask whether a necklace will suit your blouse, whether a piece is in stock today, or whether something can reach you before a function. So we keep it to a conversation.

What to tell us when you message

You do not need all of this, but the more you share, the faster we can help:

• The piece — a link or a screenshot from the site is perfect.
• The occasion — a wedding, a puja day, an everyday piece, a gift.
• Your outfit — colour and neckline matter more than anything else.
• Where you are — so we can tell you delivery options honestly.
• Your date, if you have one. We will tell you plainly if it is not possible.

Visiting us

We are an online studio based in Bengaluru — there is no walk-in showroom to visit. What we do instead is deliver by hand across south-east Bengaluru, which means you can see a piece in person before you pay for it. Elsewhere in India we post, and we send to customers outside India too. The delivery page has the details.

Questions we are asked most

Is this real gold? No. Everything we make is imitation jewellery — gold-tone and oxidised finishes, stones rather than certified gems. That is what lets a statement set cost what it does. We say so on every product page.

Can I see more photos? Always. Ask on WhatsApp and we will send more angles, or a short video of the piece in daylight.

Something is sold out — will it come back? Often, yes. Message us and we will tell you whether it can be remade and roughly how long it would take.

Do you take returns? Talk to us. We would rather sort out a problem than have you keep something you do not love.
