How do I place an order?

Browse the collection, and when you find something you love, tap "Enquire on WhatsApp". You'll chat directly with our team, who'll confirm availability, sizing and price, and arrange delivery. We don't use an online checkout — every order is personal.

Why is there no online checkout?

We believe jewellery deserves a conversation. Chatting on WhatsApp lets us send close-up photos, answer questions and make sure the piece is right for you before you commit.

Are the prices shown final?

Yes, the price on each product is our selling price in Indian Rupees. Any making customisations or shipping specifics are confirmed on WhatsApp.

Do you ship across India?

Yes — we ship nationwide from Bengaluru. Delivery timelines and charges are confirmed when you enquire.

Is the jewellery handmade?

Most pieces are handcrafted in small batches, so slight natural variations are part of their charm. We'll always tell you about materials and finish on WhatsApp.

Can I request a custom design?

Absolutely. Visit our Custom Design page or message us your idea, and Ankita Gupta's team will help create a one-of-a-kind piece.

How do I care for my jewellery?
